Pipeline vs Account Manager Gap
Gap = Target − YTD actual − FY26 recurring (no churn) − 2026 pipeline| Account Manager | Target | YTD Actual | Recurring FY26 | 2026 Pipeline | Covered | Gap | Coverage |
|---|
Enter each AM's target, YTD actual and FY26 recurring under Settings → Account Manager Targets. Recurring assumes no churn for the rest of FY 2026.
Every account the performance team hands the AMs, cross-checked against opportunities already in the Tracker (matched by Customer name). Use it to spot accounts nobody is actively working — especially big ones — and to flag "champion" accounts an AM is confident in. Click any chart to filter the table below.
Relationship status
Not just "cold" — an account can be in good standing without an open opportunity.
Account source
Given by the performance team's imports vs. surfaced only from Tracker activity or added by hand.
Account load by AM
Rotation signal
Top-quartile accounts by size with no opportunity, no champion flag, and not marked Not Preferable.

Full-Year 2026 Target & Progress
The target is the full-year 2026 goal. Enter what you've already achieved this year and the recurring revenue expected in the coming months — the dashboard then shows the real remaining gap to close.
Account Manager Targets, YTD Actual & Recurring (FY 2026)
Per-AM numbers drive the Pipeline vs Account Manager Gap section on Analytics. Recurring FY26 assumes no churn for the rest of the year.

Data Backup & Restore
Download everything (opportunities, strategies, next actions with target dates, configuration and users) as one Excel file. The same file is the import template — use it to restore after a problem, or to move this dashboard to another cloud provider. Passwords are never exported; imported new users get the temporary password changeme123.
Sync from v1.9 (PythonAnywhere)
While v1.9 (jphartogi.pythonanywhere.com) is still the live day-to-day system, pull its latest data into v2.0 directly over the web — no downloading or uploading a file. It's safe to run repeatedly: opportunities, tasks, users, login history, performance snapshots, account coverage and config are matched by id — a record already in v2.0 that doesn't exist in v1.9 (e.g. something added here directly) is left untouched, but a record that exists in both is overwritten with v1.9's version, since v1.9 remains the source of truth until the final cutover. Uses a login on v1.9 for an admin account there; the password is stored here but never shown back.
Engine 1 Sync
Push every opportunity here into Engine 1's PODS 2 (engine1.pythonanywhere.com) over its own API — creates new ones and updates ones already synced, so re-running it is always safe. Uses a login on Engine 1 for an account scoped to PODS 2 (or with rights over it); the password is stored here but never shown back.
If this server can't reach Engine 1 directly (common on a free PythonAnywhere plan), use Export for Engine 1 import instead — download the file here and upload it from a PODS-2-scoped account's Settings → Data Backup → Import on Engine 1. Tick "Replace all" there each time to avoid duplicates.
Every successful sign-in is recorded with its timestamp (Jakarta time, GMT+7) and IP address so you can see when each Account Manager last used the dashboard. Only the most recent logs (up to the limit above) are kept, so storage never grows unbounded.
| User | Role | Login At (GMT+7) | IP Address |
|---|
No performance data yet. An admin can upload the monthly PODS 2 - ACH workbook from the performance team using the button above.
Manage the lists that drive the dropdowns across the app. Renaming an item here does not rewrite existing opportunities — update those from the Tracker if needed.
